Letter from our firm
To our friends and clients:
Greene Finney understands that we are all concerned about COVID-19 or the Corona Virus. We continue to closely monitor the changing circumstances of COVID-19. Few of us have been through anything like this as adults, if at all. We know we are stating the obvious, but what is most important is the safety and health of everyone. We are more than just your CPA or accountant. We consider you our friends, so if there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know. While continuing to follow this ever-changing situation, we have been taking some steps to protect the safety and health of our staff and clients, and to ensure our ability to continue to serve our clients and communities as best we can.
Health and Safety. All of our offices are open, but we are encouraging everyone to take precautions and prioritize their personal safety and wellness. To that end:
Our staff will continue to visit clients as necessary, but will primarily be working in the office or from home.
We are following CDC and other governmental health agency recommendations regarding travel and are limiting travel where only necessary trips are being taken on a case-by-case basis.
We are communicating with our staff and our clients to make sure everyone is receiving the care and service they need while remaining safe.
Working Remotely and Business Continuity.If we decide our offices need to close, we are thankfully well set up through our technology investments to continue to provide tax, BOSS and/or audit services to you as best we can:
To work in a remote environment that protects client information and provides 24/7 access to all of our digital resources;
To enable you to send us your tax, BOSS, audit or other documents through your secure portal on the client section of our website. If you do not have one but would like for us to set up a secure portal for you please let us know;
To collaborate and communicate with each other, our clients and others through email, text, and audio/video conferencing.
As we continue to experience this ever changing environment, our plans will no doubt change. What will not change, however, is our commitment to providing you the best service that we can and a safe environment from which our staff can deliver that service. We do encourage you to stay up to date on COVID-19 and the recommendations provided to stay healthy and safe through the CDC and SCDHEC websites.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me directly at 864-423-5752 (mobile) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
